Shipping from The Netherlands
All Items are made to order by me in my workshop. EDC Pouches i make and ship within 3-5 days. Backpacks I make and ship within 10 workdays. I ship orders via Post NL (Priority Package). Shipment within the EU takes about 2 - 7 days.
For shipments overseas you may expect your shipment to take from 5 to 15 days. Both the above forwarders accept claims for delay after 20 days from the confirmed shipping day.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
